Subscription Manager - ICE - Hybrid

• Champion exceptional member service, ensuring timely responses and accurate information
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the subscriptions department, driving efficiency and continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and development
• Partner with internal stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a seamless membership experience
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, including the annual lapsing campaign and data reconciliation projects

• Proven track record in membership management, customer service, and team leadership
• Expert knowledge of database management and strong analytical skills
• Excellent comms and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Background in continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering results

Salary and benefits:

• £52K p.a.
• Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote)
