Social Media and Content Executive - English Heritage

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to join our team on a permanent, full time basis, working 36 hours per week.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Executive to join the South Visitor Marketing team. We are looking for someone to help implement our marketing strategy through social and web channels to engage audiences and drive visits to our sites across London and the South East. These include iconic places such as Dover Castle, 1066 Battle of Hastings, Abbey and Battlefield and Eltham Palace.

Responsibilities
As our Social Media & Content Executive you will provide content for all major regional social channels and the property pages of our website, ensuring that it meets core professional standards, is consistent and delivers on our brand values.
In this highly collaborative role, you will develop strong working relationships with colleagues across the organisation, who are often based in a number of different locations, so it is essential that you are a good communicator. You'll need to have a curious mind to search for the best stories as well as having the ability to understand the motivations of the audiences you are aiming to reach.
Job Requirements
To be considered as a Social Media & Content Executive, you will need:
Experience of managing social media channels including content creation and setting up paid social media adverts
Experience of creating content for websites
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage many different priorities
Excellent attention to detail
