Renewals Project Manager, Hybrid - The Institution of Civil Engineers

The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Renewals Project Manager to join our Membership Marketing team. In this part-time role (21.75 hours per week), you'll play a key role in managing and executing the delivery of our annual subscriptions project, ensuring timely renewals and high member retention rates.

• Oversee the annual project plan, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.
• Work with internal stakeholders to create and deliver marketing communications to members across various channels (email, letters, social media).
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including graphic designers, printers and a telemarketing agency.
• Monitor and report on campaign progress, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist with other Membership Marketing projects as needed.

• Strong project management skills and experience.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
