The Qualifications Administrator role within the ICE Group plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our professional review process.

Responsibilities

  • Process applications within deadlines, including acknowledging applications and following up for missing information.
  • Notify candidates of interviews (both online and in-person)
  • Assist with the preparation and release of results
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team
  • Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven administrative experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
    • Resilience and the ability to handle pressure
    • A meticulous eye for detail and a focus on accuracy
    • Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player
    • Experience working in a membership organisation is a plus
