The Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) is the leader in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for professionals working in this area. As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive healthcare across the life course for all.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Membership and Insight Manager to join our Membership Engagement Team (MET). In this key role, you will respond to and resolve all member enquiries and process Membership and Educational applications. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, using insights to improve processes, and ensuring that our membership experience is both valued and valuable.
Are you someone who can lead with data-driven insight and a customer-focused approach?
We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong background in customer or membership support. You will manage a team, oversee the use of digital systems to enhance the member experience, and drive process improvements to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
As the Membership and Insight Manager, you'll use data insights to streamline processes, resolve escalated member issues, and ensure that members feel supported and valued. This role requires someone who can work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and take initiative in driving continuous improvements.
