Head of Inclusive Growth

The Head of Inclusive Growth is responsible for ensuring we deliver the targets for creating new places for young people aged 10+ agreed by our external funders  through a team of Local Growth Officers in England as well as programme managing our internally funded project to grow in lower income communities across the UK. The Head of Inclusive Growth is a key part of our strategy for inclusive growth of our membership.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to develop in a key leadership role for the UK’s largest voluntary youth organisation at a pivotal time as we transform our volunteering experience and set about building partnerships and establishing Scouting in communities currently underrepresented within our membership.

You will get the opportunity to lead at scale, be creative by exploring innovative ways to reach new communities and work in partnership with funders keen to support our work.

This will also provide you with the chance to play an active leadership role across the whole Growth & Communities team as we strive for service excellence for the volunteers we work in partnership with and provide services to.
